Management and Program Analyst (Data Analytics)

This position is located in the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Management Services Division. The purpose of this position is to support data collection efforts to include; data clean-up and organization as well as maintaining databases and systems. Analyzes and evaluates operations and process for efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity on a quantitative or qualitative basis for program operations or human capital planning. Develops intermediate dashboards and tools using business intelligence applications such as tableau and Power BI. Research new program operations and techniques to promote economy and incorporate in long-term financial planning. Assesses the impact of organizational realignments, pay structures, policies, and executive orders on resource planning
