Accountabilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and offboarding.
- Oversee multi-state HR compliance, ensuring adherence to employment laws and maintaining accurate, audit-ready employee records.
- Administer full-cycle payroll processes using HRIS platforms while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, from job description creation and candidate sourcing through hiring and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs and develop initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee performance, workplace policies, and HR best practices.
- Help design and implement scalable HR processes that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in a broad HR generalist role.
- Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona employment laws.
- Experience within healthcare or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms; experience with Rippling is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
