Accountabilities:
- Own and support product initiatives focused on improving adoption, engagement, and customer experience within supply chain visibility solutions.
- Track and analyze product usage, feature adoption, and retention metrics to identify improvement opportunities and inform roadmap decisions.
- Build and prioritize product enhancement backlogs based on customer feedback, usage data, and business impact.
- Support roadmap planning by providing data-driven recommendations and actionable product insights.
- Use product analytics tools and SQL queries to explore user behavior, build dashboards, and translate findings into product opportunities.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to improve instrumentation, event tracking, and analytics capabilities.
- Participate in customer onboarding sessions, business reviews, discovery conversations, and support discussions to understand user needs.
- Represent the customer voice internally by translating feedback into clear requirements, user stories, and product improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams throughout product development, launch, and post-release evaluation.
- Support product marketing initiatives through onboarding materials, release communications, and adoption resources.
- Contribute to market research, presales activities, and strategic product initiatives.
- 2–4 years of experience in product management or a similar role, including business analyst or product-focused positions within logistics technology.
- Practical understanding of supply chain or logistics operations, including shipper challenges, carrier workflows, and freight movement processes.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making methods.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and create clear product recommendations from quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Experience conducting customer discovery sessions, writing user stories, and translating feedback into actionable requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar solutions to improve product workflows and productivity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work with significant overlap in US Central Time hours.
- Experience with SaaS onboarding, feature adoption programs, customer health metrics, or product analytics tools such as Pendo or Amplitude is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and working directly with engineering teams is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics, business, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.
