Accountabilities:

    The Client Partner Account Director will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, developing strategic marketing recommendations, and ensuring successful execution of integrated initiatives that drive measurable impact.

    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for key accounts.
    • Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and cross-functional collaboration while aligning solutions with client priorities.
    • Develop integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that connect business objectives with measurable performance outcomes.
    • Lead strategic conversations by transforming complex data, competitive insights, and platform performance information into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
    • Use forecasting, scenario modeling, and measurement frameworks to evaluate opportunities, optimize investments, and identify areas for growth.
    • Analyze multi-source performance data to create compelling narratives, investment cases, and strategic recommendations for clients.
    • Monitor campaign outcomes, lead performance reviews, address challenges, and continuously refine strategies based on insights.
    • Partner with internal teams across marketing, sales, technology, and product functions to deliver coordinated client solutions.
    • Champion innovation, industry best practices, and measurement-driven approaches that improve client outcomes.
    • Educate clients on strategic decisions, emerging trends, and opportunities across digital marketing channels.
    • Manage priorities across multiple clients, partners, and internal initiatives while maintaining high standards of execution and communication.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in client leadership, digital marketing strategy, and performance-driven campaign management, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide complex initiatives.

      • 7–10 years of experience in client partner, account director, strategic account management, or similar leadership roles within marketing, media, or digital advertising.
      • Proven success managing enterprise client relationships and delivering measurable marketing results.
      • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
      • Experience developing cross-channel marketing strategies across areas such as Search, Social, Display, TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, measurement frameworks, forecasting, KPI development, and performance optimization.
      • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
      • Experience with analytics and research tools such as Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, or comparable platforms.
      • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client initiatives effectively.
      • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners.
