We’re looking for a Credit Controller to join our Warsaw-located team!

You will be responsible for managing timely collection of outstanding payments from subtenants. The role focuses on maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing bad debt, and building positive relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with company procedures.


Responsibilities:

• Issuing demands on regular and ad-hoc basis as per conditions included in the lease agreements

• Collection of arrears from tenants.

• Follow up on overdue payments and execute collections strategies to ensure timely debt recovery.

• Preparing regular reports on aging, unallocated cash and outstanding balances.

• Analyse customer payment patterns and provide recommendations for improving collection performance.

• Identify potential risk areas and implement strategies to mitigate credit risks.

• Liaise with property managers and tenants to resolve disputes efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding credit control matters.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role preferably in Real Estate.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A can-do attitude and ability to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes

• Accounting/Lease Administration knowledge will be an added advantage

• Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
