What you will do:

  • Support FP&A Senior Analysts and Regional leadership in finance-related activities and initiatives

  • Support preparation and analysis of financial reports, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditure, and balance sheet items

  • Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and support variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)

  • Contribute to monthly reporting processes (flash, outlook, forecasting, planning cycles)

  • Prepare standard reports, presentations, and data inputs for management review

  • Support tracking and monitoring of financial performance against targets

  • Gather and validate data from multiple systems and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., BBC, IBC, business units) to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

  • Help identify and escalate discrepancies, data issues, or risks

  • Participate in process improvements and internal finance projects

  • Provide support for ad-hoc financial analyses and requests

  • Actively participate in program activities, sharing and transferring knowledge with others in the program.

  • Developing a wide range of skills through diverse rotations in areas such as Audit, Global Product, FP&A or Business Unit Finance.

What we look for:

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience)

  • Min. 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting (preferably Financial Planning & Analysis)

  • Basic understanding of financial statements and financial analysis concepts

  • Strong interest in developing business and financial acumen

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables); familiarity with Power BI and PowerPoint is a plus

  • Exposure to financial systems (e.g., HFM, OneStream) is an advantage but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, well-organized

  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred:

  • Any additional foreign language(s)

  • Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and learning

Our salary and benefits

The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2,030 - €3,060 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
