This role involves working with customers to understand business problems, recommend improvements to current processes, translate functional and non-functional requirements, build solutions, and deliver results. The Solution Designer’s responsibility is to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple customers, define solutions that optimize the user experience, and partner with others to drive delivery. In addition, the Solution Designer takes an ownership role across the entire lifecycle of solution development.

What you’ll do

  • Consult clients to identify needs, define solution requirements, develop business processes, and craft the roadmap.
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog of work; participate in one or more scrum teams to define goals, set priorities, and help manage delivery.
  • Partner with technical team and customer partners to coordinate the development, testing, implementation, and roll-out of new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional groups to evaluate and advance AI solutions that align user needs, product capabilities, and business priorities.
  • Stay abreast of customer success on the workflows and provide consulting and/or configuration required to provide encouraged value.
  • Ensure solution alignment to global standards and compliance with established Workfront platform governance.
  • Review upcoming product release functionality and determine where it can be incorporated to mature current processes.
  • Be the voice of the customer, advocating on behalf of the organization within the larger Enterprise Workfront administrative framework.
  • Develop key performance metrics and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor project and operational health.
  • Support ongoing enterprise platform management, including governance, backlog prioritization, release integration, cross-team alignment, and performance monitoring to ensure scalable, compliant delivery of business processes and tooling.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in the role of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Workfront and Fusion capabilities in the context of complex workflows.
  • Understanding of AI capabilities and tradeoffs to assess and advocate for solutions that balance user requirements, product features, and organizational goals.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end delivery of new operational workflows and systems, from build through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; ability to use data to drive decision making.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-functional customers through a thoughtful prioritization process that drives towards delivery.
  • Superb communicator and problem-solver.
  • Workfront Admin Certification (Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Workfront Core Developer) or ability to acquire within first 30 days.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,700 -- $215,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

 



In California, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750
In New York, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750
In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $126,300 - $182,850
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $137,800 - $199,450


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
