**Summary:** Meta seeks an experienced, experienced leader to serve as a Law Enforcement Outreach Manager to join our NORAM team. The position will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies, government authorities with an internet safety, high-risk harm mitigation and security focus, and related industry coalitions in North America. They will also support this work on a global scale to help lead and participate in company-wide, global workstreams in these areas. You will also manage tactical responses to events related to the law enforcement community. This position will entail frequent travel in and around North America and possibly other regions worldwide. **Required Skills:** Law Enforcement Outreach Manager Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain effective, executive-level working relationships with law enforcement and government authorities 2. Work closely with internal legal, investigative, policy, integrity, and communications teams on engagement with law enforcement authorities about online and Meta employee safety, key safety areas, security, and law enforcement issues 3. Educate law enforcement authorities on our policies for protecting user privacy and responding to legal requests 4. Work closely with Meta's legal and law enforcement response teams and outside counsel in responding to governmental requests for data 5. Work with investigation teams to develop and refer relevant matters to law enforcement authorities 6. Work with internal teams and global safety organizations to develop and enhance Meta's mitigation efforts against high-risk harms and other integrity problems, and manage safety-related issues in the region and coordinate these efforts globally 7. Flex into additional verticals, stakeholder relationships, and programmatic work beyond the primary portfolio as organizational needs evolve 8. Support the company and its employees during emergencies 9. Support launches and different initiatives are being driven across platforms 10. Travel frequently in North America and other parts of the world (periodically) and maintain flexibility in covering different countries and backing up colleagues in other regions **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. 12+ years of extensive experience in a security, safety, or law enforcement role within the private sector 12. Experience with law enforcement agencies relating to requests for data 13. Experience in processing legal documents (e.g., civil and criminal subpoenas, court orders and search warrants) 14. Technical knowledge and experience related to cybercrime and online investigations 15. Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs with measurable outcomes 16. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments 17. Experience delivering presentations and communicating complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders 18. Experience working off-hours, including weekends and occasionally holidays, in order to support emergency matters **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 19. Experience in building and delivering law enforcement training programs at scale 20. Technical knowledge of specific criminal areas such as cybercrime, child safety, human trafficking, frauds and scams, illicit drugs/firearms or terrorism 21. Prosecution or criminal investigation experience 22. Experience working with data protection authorities, financial institutions, and/or internet industry associations 23.
