Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will provide on-site support for hardware and software issues, including installations, moves, adds, changes, and disposals of IT equipment. They will also troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT issues and ensure high-quality execution of IMAC tasks.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and certifications such as A+, Microsoft, and ITIL preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform on-call support during off-hours are also required.
