Role responsibilities
The Chief of Staff will partner closely with founders to organize priorities, projects, and day-to-day execution while translating founder vision into actionable plans. They will manage timelines, communication, and support product development and marketing initiatives across multiple brands.
Requirements
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or operations within the beauty, CPG, or food & beverage industries. Strong skills in digital marketing, ecommerce, and familiarity with productivity tools are also required.
