We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to drive marketing programs across India while supporting regional initiatives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with a primary focus on English-speaking markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on delivering measurable business outcomes, not just executing campaigns. You will partner closely with the Regional Marketing Lead to develop campaign strategies, contribute to demand generation initiatives, and execute integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital marketing, paid media, webinars, events, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and cross-functional teams to drive qualified pipeline and business growth
Contribute ideas and recommendations to campaign strategy, messaging, and channel optimization
Support demand generation initiatives across India and selected Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets
Build and execute marketing campaigns using marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including email campaigns, landing pages, forms, webinars, and campaign workflows
Coordinate campaign logistics, marketing assets, vendor management, and event execution
Support digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and campaign optimization
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered marketing tools to improve productivity, campaign execution, and content development
Maintain an outcome-driven mindset by continuously optimizing campaigns based on data, pipeline contribution, and business impact
Minimum Qualifications
9–13 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) demand generation, field marketing, or digital marketing
Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce CRM), and 6sense
Experience supporting Asia-Pacific (APAC) marketing programs
Experience in the Design and Manufacturing, Technology, Engineering, or Software as a Service (SaaS) industries
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for marketing and productivity
Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively manages multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Demonstrates excellent project management and organizational skills from planning through execution
Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels and confidently presents marketing insights and recommendations
Embraces emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve productivity, campaign execution, and business outcomes
Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset while driving innovation and marketing excellence
India is the primary market for this role, with opportunities to support regional APAC campaigns
Occasional travel, primarily within India, will be required to support customer events, partner activities, and marketing programs
