**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an Executive Administrative Partner to provide high-impact administrative support to senior leaders across one or more of Meta's core business areas. In this role, you will serve as a trusted operational partner, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities by managing complex calendars, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and driving seamless execution of day-to-day operations. You will work at the intersection of multiple cross-functional teams, anticipating needs, resolving logistical challenges, and ensuring leaders and their organizations operate with speed and efficiency.
**Required Skills:**
Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:
1. Manage complex, dynamic calendars for one or more senior leaders, including prioritizing meeting requests, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring alignment with business priorities
2. Coordinate and prepare materials for executive-level meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up action tracking
3. Plan and execute domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and contingency planning
4. Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment in communications and information sharing
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and leadership forums
6. Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to streamline administrative processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual overhead across recurring tasks
7. Track and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders, and budget-related administrative tasks in accordance with company policies
8. Anticipate operational needs of supported leaders and proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
9. Contribute to team-level operational improvements by identifying process gaps and proposing scalable solutions
10. Build and maintain a broad internal network to facilitate cross-functional coordination and strengthen partnerships across teams

12. Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating high-priority meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups
13. Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, adapting style and content to the audience
14. Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve administrative workflows
15. 2+ years of experience in an executive administrative, executive assistant, or administrative business partner role supporting senior leaders

24. Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously within a fast-paced technology or global organization
25. Experience working in a role that required exercising independent judgment on behalf of senior leaders in ambiguous or time-sensitive situations
