IT Product Manager (Detail Opportunity)

This is a 120-day non-reimbursable assignment. The only compensation for this assignment is the federal salary you are already receiving. Resumes are reviewed every 30 days until selection/closing date. This is a Detail, not a Developmental Rotation. Supervisory approval form must be signed. The Office of the Chief Information Officer is seeking an IT Product Manager to serve within the Product Management Branch. The detailee will lead product strategy, planning, development, and delivery for key IT systems and platforms supporting USSS mission requirements. The incumbent will oversee product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and user experience, ensuring alignment with USSS objectives and compliance with federal IT and cybersecurity standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying Agile methodologies, and driving continuous improvement based on user feedback and mission needs. This is a 120-day detail that may be extended up to 12 months.
