The ideal candidate will work closely with the Plant & Factory Manager and plant teams on building harmonious employee relations and build talent and organizational excellence, around succession & leadership development. Will work closely with the Plant Manager and partner with Talent management to build talent and organizational excellence, around succession & leadership development.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner & work closely with the 2 Plant Heads ( Noida & Bangalore) to deliver the Plant’s Strategy & performance parameters. End to end management of Industrial Relations of both the Plants.
