Accountabilities:
- Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for customer workflow products, including employer portals, recruiter experiences, business service workflows, and agent-enabled solutions.
- Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery by partnering closely with engineering, data, customer success, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, write detailed PRDs, establish acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and ensure solutions meet technical and business objectives.
- Drive AI-native product development by leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and automation tools to create prototypes, improve workflows, and accelerate product discovery.
- Identify and define opportunities for agentic AI, search, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation that improve user outcomes.
- Conduct continuous customer research through interviews, workflow analysis, usage data, and Jobs-to-Be-Done discovery to validate product decisions.
- Establish product success metrics, OKRs, and performance indicators while using data insights to guide prioritization and strategy.
- Partner with engineering and analytics teams on technical decisions, scalability considerations, integrations, and data platform initiatives.
- Evaluate trade-offs between speed, performance, cost, and scalability while maintaining a high standard of product quality.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term product strategy, market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted product partner across teams by improving processes, creating reusable frameworks, and mentoring colleagues on product execution and AI workflows.
- Support communication with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches, adoption, and customer impact.
- Proven experience owning a product area at a platform level, with the ability to explain product decisions, trade-offs, and strategic direction.
- Experience leading multi-quarter technical initiatives involving engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders.
- Strong technical product management background with the ability to contribute to architecture discussions and evaluate complex technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents as part of daily workflows, with an understanding of model capabilities, limitations, and practical applications.
- Ability to define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and quality standards for AI-powered products.
- Strong data fluency, including experience defining OKRs, analyzing metrics, and making data-informed product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple complex priorities.
- Experience building employer, recruiter, workforce development, or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of workforce development ecosystems, employment services, or related policy environments.
- Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Experience designing AI-powered workflows, recommendation systems, or automation solutions.
- Competitive compensation:
- US salary range: $125,000–$160,000 USD annually.
- Canada salary range: $125,000–$165,000 CAD annually.
