Role responsibilities
The Hybrid BDR role is a full-cycle pipeline generation position that owns all lead sources for a defined set of accounts. Each Hybrid BDR partners with Account Manager/Solutions Engineer pairs to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
The job requires strong habits and customer-focused discovery across inbound and outbound motions. It is a quota-carrying role with an expectation to execute with urgency.
