Job Description
Position Summary
The Delivery Transformation Lead, Latin America will drive the deployment and adoption of strategic transformation initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment between global programs and regional business objectives. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to implement new operating models, improve delivery capabilities, and lead organizational change that enhances business performance and customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will provide leadership in change management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation execution, helping the organization adapt to evolving market demands, technologies, and delivery strategies. This individual will play a key role in fostering innovation, enabling sustainable business growth, and driving the successful rollout of strategic initiatives across the LATAM region
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the regional rollout and adoption of delivery transformation initiatives across LAR, closely aligning with global functions
Translate global standards into practical, country-level execution plans
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption and scaling
Enable effective collaboration between regional teams and Global Capability Centers (GCC)
Provide continuous feedback to global teams to support ongoing model improvement
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, financial controls, and delivery standards
Monitor and report on transformation performance KPIs
Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles impacting transformation success
Lead and govern the regional strategic pricing capability, ensuring consistent and disciplined pricing approaches
Drive alignment between pricing strategy, proposal development, and delivery model
Establish and enforce pricing governance, approval frameworks, and margin discipline
The Essentials - You Will Have:
15+ years of experience in delivery operations, business transformation, pricing, or process optimization
Proven experience driving large-scale transformation or multi-country rollout programs
Strong understanding of Project delivery lifecycle, financial drivers and cost structures, Pricing and cost optimization principles
Experience working in multi-country LAR environments
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead changes in complex, matrix organizations
Familiarity with systems such as IFS, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus
