Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement supplier and vendor-specific business initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and suppliers to maximize business opportunities.
- Manage sales execution activities, including credit management, order processing, and accounts receivable coordination.
- Drive operational excellence through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory planning.
- Analyze market potential, identify growth opportunities, and expand the customer and partner base.
- Support channel partners in improving sales capabilities through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on involvement in deal execution.
- Coordinate technical and sales training programs with suppliers to support new products, solutions, and technologies.
- Maintain accurate reporting, follow business processes, and ensure high-quality execution across activities.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, channel management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline required; a Master’s or postgraduate degree in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and a local language.
- Ability to create and deliver professional presentations and communicate business value effectively.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze information, manage details accurately, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
