The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in supplyingspecialty chemicals and functional ingredients to beauty and personal care manufacturers, with provenexperience in business development, strategic account management, and P&L ownership.Key Responsibilities● Develop and execute the business strategy for the Beauty & Personal Care Ingredients vertical.● Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L performance.● Build strategic relationships with personal care, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and hygieneproduct manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.● Expand the portfolio of specialty ingredients and performance chemicals used in beauty andpersonal care formulations.● Identify new business opportunities, supplier partnerships, and market segments.● Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract management.● Collaborate with R&D, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver customer-specific ingredientsolutions.● Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team.Preferred Background● 8+ years of experience in Beauty & Personal Care Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals,Cosmetic Ingredients, or Industrial Chemicals.● Strong understanding of ingredients such as surfactants, emollients, emulsifiers, rheologymodifiers, preservatives, UV filters, silicones, conditioning agents, humectants, active ingredients,fragrances, and formulation additives used in personal care products.● Proven experience selling specialty ingredients to cosmetics and personal care manufacturers.● Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with P&L ownership.
