About the Role We are seeking highly motivated early-career Software Engineers with a strong passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and software development. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to learn, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to AI-driven software development initiatives. The candidate will work collaboratively with engineering teams to build, enhance, and optimize software solutions that support AI-based applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting AI-driven applications. Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and efficient code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for improved performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices. Learn and apply emerging technologies, AI development methodologies, and modern engineering practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within software development processes. Basic Qualifications 0–2 years of software development experience. Strong programming fundamentals in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or Go. Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and data structures. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Passion for learning new technologies, AI concepts, and software development practices. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable university. Internship experience, academic projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions. Exposure to cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. AWS or other cloud certifications. Understanding of cloud architecture fundamentals. Knowledge of infrastructure automation, networking, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure operations. Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. This position is being hired for a customer of Gruve. Candidates may engage in one of the following ways: W-2 employee of Gruve, contracted to provide services to one of our clients Corp-to-Corp contractor arrangement This is a fully remote position.
