Accountabilities:
- Own the business unit’s profit and loss performance, ensuring achievement of financial targets and growth objectives.

- Lead and align multiple functions including professional services, research and development, maintenance, managed services, sales, marketing, and administrative operations.
- Establish clear goals, accountability frameworks, and performance metrics to support organizational success.

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that strengthen market presence and accelerate growth.

- Partner with executive leadership to define business priorities and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.

- Background in security technology, enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology environments preferred.
