Job Description

We are looking for a professional to manage employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime records, and leave administration, ensuring accurate workforce data for payroll and compliance. You will oversee contract labour engagement, welfare facilities, and workforce documentation while supporting audits and statutory requirements.

You will serve as the main contact for contractors, supervisors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency, compliance, and smooth workforce operations. Success will be measured through accuracy of records, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective workforce utilization.

In addition to core workforce administration, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance employee welfare facilities and streamline manpower deployment.

You will report to the Production & ROS Manager.
 

Your Responsibilities:

Employee Administration

  • Manage attendance, shift schedules, overtime records, and leave administration.

  • Ensure accuracy of time and attendance data for payroll processing.

  • Monitor absenteeism and generate daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports.

  • Maintain workforce records and employee databases.

Contractor & Compliance Management

  • Coordinate with contractors for manpower deployment and attendance management.

  • Verify contract labour attendance and statutory documentation.

  • Track contractor manpower strength, deployment, and utilization.

  • Support compliance requirements related to contract labour engagement.

  • Assist during internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Employee Welfare & Facilities

  • Coordinate canteen, transportation, lockers, uniforms, and other welfare facilities.

  • Provide administrative support for employee communication and welfare programs.

  • Maintain workforce-related records and documentation.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree.

  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing workforce administration, time office management, or contractor management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Strong coordination, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
