Job Description
Operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our product. Work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.
We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Katowice.
The Machine Operator will report to the Production Supervisor in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate the production line, working with and setting up equipment within the line
- Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Ensure the quality of manufactured products and their control within the scope of an assembler's responsibilities
- Report technical and quality issues on the lines and attempting to resolve them independently or with the support of the leader, quality assurance staff, maintenance staff, and engineers
- Complete all required quality, quantity, and technical documentation
- Comply with quality, technological, health and safety, environmental, and customer requirements. Providing those creating instructions with information that can improve/improve the production process while ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and technical condition of assigned equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Collaborate with substitutes to ensure smooth and trouble-free check-in and check-out of workstations.
- Collaborate with support departments (quality, warehouse, maintenance, engineering) to resolve problems and implement improvements.
