Accountabilities:

    The Senior Staff DevOps Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of secure infrastructure and deployment systems supporting critical applications. This role requires a strong DevSecOps mindset, technical leadership, and the ability to balance hands-on engineering with strategic platform improvements.

    • Design, build, upgrade, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure across multiple products and environments.
    • Drive improvements across CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and engineering productivity practices.
    • Develop and maintain highly available, resilient systems with strong security controls, disaster recovery strategies, and no single points of failure.
    • Collaborate with software engineers, SRE teams, product managers, and infrastructure specialists to solve complex technical challenges.
    • Support and improve development, testing, staging, and production environments across cloud providers.
    • Implement infrastructure automation using modern DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration.
    • Improve operational performance through monitoring, observability, reliability metrics, and DORA-focused initiatives.
    • Establish secure access patterns, cybersecurity practices, and compliance-focused infrastructure standards.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation while promoting knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
    • Mentor engineers and contribute to improving engineering processes, standards, and platform scalability.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer with strong cloud, automation, security, and software engineering expertise. You should be comfortable working in complex distributed environments and have a passion for building reliable systems that support innovative technology products.

      • 5+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar role.
      • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong development fundamentals.
      • Strong programming experience with one or more languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, Go, or Python.
      • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
      • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization technologies.
      • Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar platforms.
      • Experience with monitoring and observability solutions, including metrics, logging, and tracing platforms.
      • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
      • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including load balancers, routing, ingress controllers, and web application firewalls.
      • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience building secure, highly available infrastructure.
      • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills in remote-first environments.
      • Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and contribute strategically to technical decisions.
      • Experience supporting large-scale mobile application CI/CD workflows is a plus.
