The Challenge
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow within a dynamic, international environment? Take-Two Finance is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in a temporary role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a top-tier global company!
Key Details:
- Type of contract: Temporary (Sick leave replacement)
- Working hours: Part-time (6 hours per day)
- Duration: 6 months (renewable)
What You’ll Take On
- Post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
- Accounts Payable (AP) tasks: Set up vendors, review and book purchase orders,
invoices, and bank payments. - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Assist with the monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
- Prepare audit information to meet monthly and yearly requirements.
- Support the team with other accounting and administrative-related tasks.
What You Bring
- Profile: Organized, accurate in your tasks, and eager to acquire new knowledge.
- Skills: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Teamwork: A strong team player with excellent cross-group collaboration.
- Mindset: Positive attitude, flexible, self-motivated, and aiming to work in a dynamic international environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Great to Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Experience in a similar accounting role will be valued.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
