**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to manage the Procure-to-pay process, engaging with stakeholders and building strategic relationships. This role delivers thorough, accurate responses to inquiries and exceptions through our case management system, while driving automation and continuous improvement across procurement operations. Requires experience in solving operational problems, applying business judgment, and delivering responsive, high-quality service to internal stakeholders. **Required Skills:** Procurement Operations Lead Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full P2P lifecycle — identify bottlenecks and drive issues to resolution 2. Research, coordinate, and respond to inquiries regarding purchase orders and alignment to related contracts 3. Provide clear guidance to stakeholders and suppliers on procurement tools and processes. Act as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, compliance, and best practices 4. Optimize the buying journey through standardization, automation, and scalable process design 5. Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and proactively surface trends and anomalies 6. Partner with technology teams to test and optimize AI-powered solutions for procurement operations 7. Develop strategies to improve S2P efficiency and scalability across global operations 8. Represent the S2P organization in cross-functional initiatives 9. Lead or support change management efforts related to process and technology transformations 10. Analyze data to identify pain-points, exceptions, and improvement opportunities 11. Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to track S2P performance 12. Articulate a narrative of what data and trends are indicating 13. Create and maintain training materials, and knowledge-base content 14. Support audit research and analysis 15. assist with special projects as assigned 16. Stay current with industry trends in procurement, automation, and emerging technologies **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 17. Demonstrated an understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes 18. Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills 19. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 20. Strong attention to detail 21. comfortable with ambiguity 22. Proficiency with productivity and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization) 23. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and procurement platforms 24. Familiarity with case management/ticketing systems 25. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 26. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 27. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 28. Change management experience related to technology transformations 29. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 30. Analytics experience with the ability to derive insights from large datasets 31. Experience with automation tools, AI applications, or generative AI in a procurement/finance context 32. Experience with workflow automation, bot development, or process digitization 33. Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodology experience 34. BA/BS in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or management is preferred 35.
