Role responsibilities
The Manager of Pricing & Analytics will define and maintain pricing frameworks, identify margin leakage, and manage the deal desk process. They will also develop dashboards and executive-level reporting to track pricing performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 3 years of experience in pricing strategy or analytics, preferably in lodging or B2B services. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools like SQL and Power BI are essential.
