Main Job Purpose:
This role exists to deliver end-to-end Accounts Payable and payment operations with strong governance, process excellence, and digital discipline, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial transactions. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
INVOICE processing end to end
- Collect and review original invoices and its supporting documents submitted by other departments to ensure compliance with Company’s policy and invoice processing
- Upload invoices to AP workflow
- Reconcile and control over AP process with third party and AP workflow
- Perform AP aging and reconciliation
- Perform, clearing and reconciliation such as custom prepayment, freight and customs, good receipts, as well as sub-bank
- Filing management – debit notes, supplier and sales invoices, tax receipts, contracts and work with storage supplier
Payment processing end to end
- Review and work with banks on
- Supporting documents for oversea payment
- Buying Fx for foreign currency
- Review and manage vendor master data to ensure smooth payment process
- Review pre-Host to Host payment
- Review manual payment that cannot be accommodated by Host to Host
Other tasks assigned
- Weekly/monthly bank forex control
- Support documents processing with related ministry, banks, tax department… if required or instructed
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or other related fields
- Proficient in English, computer skills and Microsoft Excel
- Strong Communication skill, Time Management, and stakeholder engagement
- Commitment, Accuracy, Efficiency and Accountability
- Willing to learn Finance Accounting and grow with organization.
- Demonstrate willing to learn with positive mindset
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
