Role Responsibilities Overview:
  • Delivering time-critical shipments - Ensuring all collections and deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, every time
  • Protecting shipment integrity - Maintaining temperature control and handling standards for sensitive healthcare products
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy - Completing all documentation correctly and adhering to transport and safety regulations
  • Representing the business professionally - Acting as a trusted and customer-focused point of contact at every interaction
  • Resolving issues proactively - Identifying and fixing shipment or packaging issues quickly to prevent disruption
  • Maintaining operational readiness - Keeping vehicles, equipment, and warehouse environments safe, organised, and fully functional
  • Collaborating across teams - Working with colleagues and partners to ensure smooth, seamless operations

What We Offer You:
Competitive salary: £11,200 - £12,000 per annum based on 16 hours per week (equivalent to full time salary of £28,000 - £30,000)

What You’ll Bring: 
  • Full UK driving licence and commercial driving experience
  • Night driving experience
  • Reliability & Accountability – consistently delivers on commitments with minimal supervision
  • Attention to Detail – ensures accuracy in documentation and handling, with a commitment to safe, compliant working

How We Recruit:
Once we have received your application, our Talent Acquisition (TA) team aims to respond within 3 working days. The process typically includes:
1.           Initial TA screening (Teams)
2.           Assessment Centre at our Sawston Warehouse which will include a highway code assessment (this is sent to you before the assessment for you to practice, interview with the hiring manager and a van driving assessment.
