Accountabilities:
- Own and drive the fraud prevention product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple products and services.
- Identify fraud vulnerabilities and opportunities by partnering with operational, engineering, and data teams to develop scalable prevention and detection solutions.
- Design and deliver product features that reduce fraud losses while maintaining an exceptional user experience for customers and partners.
- Define and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics to measure impact and continuously optimize performance.
- Manage product backlogs and facilitate collaboration across engineers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate strategic initiatives effectively, securing alignment and buy-in from internal teams and leadership.
- Leverage data insights and analytics to support product decisions and improve ecosystem integrity and operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience leading impactful product initiatives, with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong product management expertise, including roadmap ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Highly analytical and data-oriented mindset, with experience using metrics and insights to guide decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build trust and work effectively with engineering and multidisciplinary teams.
- Curiosity and understanding of AI fundamentals, alongside a willingness to continuously learn and apply emerging technologies.
- Previous experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or trust and safety products is considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
