What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver full-cycle Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Interpret and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, SHG Funds, SDL, leave mandates, statutory submissions) to ensure compliance.
- Conduct fit–gap analysis, solution workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, fast formulas, and data migration.
- Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support clients through issue resolution and deployment.
- Provide post-production support, enhancements, and knowledge transfer to users.
- Mentor junior consultants and support internal capability development.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project
delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Payroll implementations, ideally in Oracle Fusion HCM or equivalent Payroll Software
- Successfully delivered at least 3 end-to-end Payroll implementations (preferably Singapore).
- Strong understanding of Singapore Payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Singapore public sector clients will be a significant advantage.
- Exposure to multi-country payroll implementations or collaboration with Oracle product development is a plus.
- Ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams independently.
