Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician Trainee will work under direct supervision to perform basic customer support activities and assist higher-level technicians with on-site installations and emergency repairs. They will refer complex problems to higher-level technicians or supervisors.
Requirements
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree in Electronics, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Basic knowledge of industrial safety, hand tools, wiring, and cabling is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
