Accountabilities:
- Manage benefits administration processes including enrollments, terminations, and changes for health and dental plans.
- Oversee billing activities such as cost allocation, invoice validation, reconciliation, and payment tracking.
- Handle reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
- Provide support to employees and HR teams, responding to inquiries and resolving benefits-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across benefits systems and databases.
- Support high-volume operational demands while ensuring service quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Completed higher education degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields.
- Proven experience in benefits operations or HR shared services, preferably in high-demand environments.
- Strong knowledge of insured and non-insured employee benefits processes.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and operational control.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
