Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Go
- Own AWS infrastructure, including provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with software architects to align backend implementation with long-term system design
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical and architectural discussions
- Support improvements in system design, scalability, and operational excellence
- Ensure backend systems are optimized for high availability and large-scale traffic
- 5–6 years of experience building production-grade backend systems using Go
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, REST API design, and relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-performance environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience using AI tools effectively in engineering workflows
- Background in iGaming or Fintech is a plus

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs in Go, while ensuring system stability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
