Role responsibilities

Act as the first point of escalation for data center customers and provide in-depth support for mission owner applications. Lead problem-solving and implementation efforts while being well-versed in engineering lifecycle processes and data center operations.

Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in IT and data management, along with knowledge of customer services and data center technologies. A Secret clearance and an Associate's degree are required, with additional skills in network and systems administration preferred.
