Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, trilingual Sales Development Representative to spearhead growth across the French and Spanish markets. Joining a well-established organization with over 15 years of sales excellence and proven methodologies, you will act as the frontline of our business development efforts. This is a remote-first opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to leverage their linguistic expertise to drive high-value pipeline for global SaaS clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, maintaining a baseline of 50 calls per day.
- Conduct targeted outreach across French and Spanish territories to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities.
- Manage and document all activity within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates in specific geographic markets.
- Actively engage in ongoing coaching and training to master the company’s signature sales methodology.
Requirements
- Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development (BDM) role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-set targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to work within the UK (GMT) timezone.
- Highly coachable, curious, and determined mindset with an affable communication style.
