Business Operations Executive - Oracle Health

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and support strategic sales initiatives through data-driven analysis, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales performance, and improve commercial execution.

Your primary objectives and responsibilities will be:
Partner with Sales leadership to provide analytical support, strategic insights, and operational guidance that drive revenue growth and improve commercial performance.
Analyze sales, pipeline, market, and customer data to measure performance against business objectives, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.
Support sales forecasting, territory planning, account assignments, business planning, and other strategic initiatives to optimize sales productivity and execution.
Provide day-to-day analytical support to Sales leadership through ad hoc analysis, business reviews, executive presentations, and performance reporting.
Partner across the organization to improve commercial processes, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment in support of business priorities.
Maintain the integrity of commercial data, support compliance with Oracle business practices and policies, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve business outcomes.
