Accountabilities:

    The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered systems that improve financial products, internal operations, and customer experiences. You will be responsible for turning business challenges into scalable AI solutions while ensuring reliability, quality, and measurable outcomes.

    • Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems for real-world business applications.
    • Apply AI solutions across areas such as customer support, CRM, onboarding, payments, operations, and internal tools.
    • Partner with product and engineering teams to transform manual processes into scalable AI-driven workflows.
    • Develop integrations between LLMs, internal data sources, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
    • Design evaluation frameworks, monitoring processes, and fallback strategies to ensure AI outputs are accurate, safe, and reliable.
    • Prototype quickly, validate solutions with users and stakeholders, and productionize successful initiatives.
    • Improve operational speed, consistency, and quality by identifying opportunities where AI can deliver meaningful value.
    • Balance AI capabilities with appropriate human review and traditional engineering approaches when needed.
    • Contribute to building practical AI systems focused on measurable business impact.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with hands-on experience building AI applications and the ability to connect emerging technologies with real operational needs.

      • Strong software engineering foundation with experience in backend development, preferably using Python.
      • Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), workflow automation, or related AI technologies.
      • Experience integrating AI systems with products, databases, APIs, and operational workflows.
      • Understanding of AI evaluation principles, including accuracy, latency, cost optimization, privacy, and failure management.
      • Ability to identify appropriate use cases for AI while understanding its limitations.
      • Experience building, testing, and deploying practical AI solutions in production environments.
      • Comfortable working with complex, unstructured, and real-world business data.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to move quickly from prototype to scalable solution.
      • Experience in fintech, insurance, customer support automation, CRM, or operations automation is a strong advantage.
      • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with global teams.
      • Ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
