Senior Business Development Officer - Hatch Bank

Role responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Officer will be responsible for sourcing and closing new credit fintech partnerships, leading negotiations, and managing the business development process from initial engagement to executed term sheet. The role requires close collaboration with the CRO and executive leadership on deal structuring and capital markets execution.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or partnership origination within the fintech banking ecosystem, with a strong understanding of credit fintech program structures and compliance obligations. An established network of relationships across the fintech banking ecosystem and strong communication skills are essential.
