From family-run cafés to buzzing restaurants, the food scene is constantly evolving.We’re always looking to connect with commercially driven Account Managers who want to work closely with restaurant partners and help them grow on the platform.This is an open application, which means we may not have an immediate opening today — but we’re continuously growing and want to connect with great people for upcoming opportunities in our Salzburg team.If you enjoy building relationships, understanding businesses, and turning insights into growth, we’d love to hear from you.Your MissionAs an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of restaurant partners and help them thrive.Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of restaurant partners in SalzburgAnalyze performance data and identify opportunities for growthAdvise partners on how to optimize menus, pricing, campaigns, and operationsDrive commercial initiatives that increase order volume and partner successConduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with partnersCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to improve partner performanceEnsure partners deliver the best possible experience to customersQualificationsExperience in account management, sales, partnerships, or business developmentStrong relationship-building and communication skillsA commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunitiesConfidence using data to support decisions and recommendationsThe ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneouslyFluency in German and EnglishAdditional InformationWe believe diversity and inclusion are key to creating not only an exciting product, but also an amazing customer and employee experience.
