As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, clients and communities. We are all about embracing a culture that prioritizes risk discipline, collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.

As a Lead Credit Officer within the Canada Diversified Credit Risk team, you will be at the forefront of supporting responsible business growth by delivering credit solutions to clients from a diverse range of industries with revenues ranging from $20 million to $2 billion+.

This includes in-depth analysis of company financials and industry risks, active monitoring, risk rating determination, and ongoing engagement with business partners, legal counsel, and senior management.

The ability to work in a dynamic environment, respond to emerging risks, and deliver against deadlines is vital. Fostering a team-oriented atmosphere is expected, including mentoring junior team members and partnering across business lines to drive a collaborative, best-in-class risk culture.
