Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and management of Pregis Packaging and Sharp Systems/Equipment. They must effectively communicate with various stakeholders about technical and non-technical information regarding the equipment.
Requirements
An associate's degree or equivalent is preferred, along with at least 5 years of related experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
