In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations by accurately fabricating components, troubleshooting fabrication issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform intermediate fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, assembling, and other materials according to detailed blueprints and work orders.
  • Operate fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Inspect fabricated components and assemblies for quality and adherence to specifications, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting fabrication processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.

 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to perform intermediate fabrication tasks.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong knowledge of operating fabrication machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to inspect and ensure quality standards are met, with attention to detail in identifying defects.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills to support fabrication process improvements.
  • Experience operating saws.
