If you’re excited about building something special with us, we’d love to hear from you.About the roleThe Services Consultant leads the implementation of Xelix for customers by serving as the project manager, and technical expert. This is an exciting role working within a rapidly growing team at Xelix. The role is critical in ensuring that any customers of Xelix are launched correctly on the platform and can use the platform as designed. The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, proactively mitigate risk and translate technical information for non-technical personnel are key success factors. The successful candidate would have experience in working with customers leading software implementations. They must demonstrate excellent technical acumen, organisational and communications skills and a drive to ensure the client experience matches our culture and helps build enduring relationships with our customers. This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to leverage and hone their existing customer relationship management skills whilst gaining experience of leading projects and gaining technical knowledge of Xelix.
