Injection Technician (1st Shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Injection Technician to set up, operate, and maintain injection molding equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Set up injection molding presses by installing tools, dies, and molds using cranes, clamps, and hand tools.
  • Operate and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Inspect molded parts through visual and dimensional checks using precision measuring tools.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with repairs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with injection molding or manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read and use precision measuring tools.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
