Accountabilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue new strategic partnership opportunities with business development partners, including large financial institutions, advisory firms, and enterprise organizations.
- Lead product approval and due diligence processes by coordinating with internal compliance, legal, and product teams to successfully establish partner distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, including product, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
- Manage ongoing partnership performance by identifying opportunities to increase adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
- Partner with Sales leadership to support negotiations, pricing discussions, Master Services Agreements, renewals, and long-term partnership strategies.
- Ensure partnership activities, contracts, and marketing initiatives comply with industry regulations and partner requirements.
- Develop and execute sales enablement initiatives, including product training, presentations, webinars, and partner-facing resources.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to create co-branded campaigns, sales collateral, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Support strategies that increase inbound opportunities and strengthen relationships with advisor and enterprise communities.
- Track partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to improve channel effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic partner internally by sharing market feedback, customer insights, and recommendations for future growth initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, channel management, strategic partnerships, or related roles within B2B financial services.
- Experience working in FinTech, financial services, asset management, broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, or wealth management environments.
- Proven success managing complex enterprise partnerships and driving measurable business growth.
- Experience leading contract negotiations, vendor reviews, Master Services Agreements, and pricing discussions.
- Strong understanding of operational structures, compliance requirements, and approval processes within financial institutions.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to enterprise audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred: Existing relationships with banks, wirehouses, RIAs, or financial advisory platforms.
- Preferred: Experience managing cross-functional projects and partner marketing initiatives.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and sales enablement tools.
- Fully remote work environment within the contiguous United States.
- Competitive base salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 USD for eligible locations, plus equity and benefits.
