Accountabilities:
- Lead multiple concurrent technical projects using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies from planning through successful delivery.
- Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, success metrics, and resource plans while managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and team collaboration activities.
- Provide technical oversight throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate closely with engineering teams on data integration, analytics, warehousing, reporting, and technology solutions.
- Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Perform SQL-based data validation, quality assurance, and analysis to support project delivery and ensure data accuracy.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams while delivering clear project updates, presentations, and status reporting.
- Mentor junior team members, promote Agile best practices, leverage AI tools to improve productivity, and ensure solutions comply with healthcare data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are considered an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading enterprise data management, data integration, analytics, or technology implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong background in technical project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, and systems implementation.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience using Jira for project administration and Agile delivery management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships in a consulting environment.
- Preferred qualifications include Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification, healthcare or Medicaid industry experience, consulting experience, knowledge of HIPAA and data governance, familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, and Jira administration experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client and project needs.
