Field Service Technician
Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician performs installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical, piping, controls, and HVAC systems. They are responsible for preparing technical reports, service documentation, and maintaining good customer relations.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a field service role and a high school diploma or equivalent. Required certifications include Journeyman Pipefitter, Refrigeration Technician, and either Electrician or Plumber licenses from Massachusetts.
