Von der Konzeption bis zur Vermarktung stehen wir unseren Creator*innen zur Seite und entwickeln gemeinsam einzigartige Marken. Werde Teil dieser Reise und gestalte mit uns die nächste Generation der Podcast-Landschaft!Deine Aufgaben als Partnerships Manager:in (Mid - Senior-Level):Du baust strategische Partnerschaften auf und entwickelst sie weiter – mit Agenturen, Marken und Plattformen, mit dem Ziel langfristiger, nachhaltiger Kooperationen statt einzelner Deals.Du betreust und entwickelst Key Accounts und treibst aktiv den Aufbau neuer Partnerschaften voran – über dein bestehendes Netzwerk und die souveräne Akquise relevanter Marken und Agenturen.Du führst Verhandlungen und steuerst Vertragsabschlüsse für Kampagnen und Partnerschaften, mit Fokus auf strategischem Fit und wirtschaftlicher Substanz.Du berätst Marken ganzheitlich und entwickelst passgenaue Kooperations- und Integrationskonzepte, die inhaltlich, kulturell und wirtschaftlich überzeugen.Du analysierst Markt-...
