Bilingual HR Coordinator (Spanish/English)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual HR Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with the HR Manager to assist with onboarding, employee support, HR administration, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily HR administrative support to employees and supervisors
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (ADP or similar systems)
- Support timekeeping and payroll processes
- Answer employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with employee relations documentation and HR reporting
- Coordinate interviews and support recruiting activities
- Maintain compliance files and assist with audits
- Support training coordination and internal communications
- Track HR metrics and assist with reporting as needed
- Help coordinate employee engagement programs and plant communications
- Perform additional HR administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Work Environment
- Manufacturing / industrial plant setting
- Frequent interaction with hourly production employees
- Must be flexible to work mid-shift hours based on operational needs
Qualifications
Required:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll systems
- Ability to work mid-shift schedule
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with onboarding, payroll support, or employee records
